the location proved convenient.
the noise was bad from the bar. we had a premium room right over it. i did not get much sleep until after midnight and the furniture felt cheap, that was annoying.

the location was great and it was easy to get around.
there was a loud air conditioning motor running all night and the water pipes banged on the wall at 3am. i asked reception to check it, but i was told maintenance would check at 7am. i did not get a solution.

my room included a washing machine and dryer it was convenient. the kitchenette had a big fridge and microwave this was fabulous. the location was central, near the tram stop and markets it was very accessible. the staff were helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble
the lighting was a bit dim inside the room even with the windows open it was something i noticed

i appreciate the big rooms and high ceilings. the pool, gym, and sauna were also fine. i love that i could wash clothes easily. its location and history were a massive plus for my husband and me.
i think the carpets may need replacement soon. they seemed a little dated.
